Description

Entire white peppercorns of the highest quality.  In spite of all peppercorns that we usually find (white, black, green) come from the same botanical specie, this variety is the one that is gathered more mature, that make it very balanced (not so hot), but the more scented (ideal for dishes of fish and shellfish). As all the hot ingredients, it acts as a hypertensive since it is a vasodilator and promotes the thermogenesis (calories burn).
