Description

It is a green tea which storage process (fermentation in oak barrels from 2 to 60 years) is typical of the area of Yunnan, therefore it acquires the reddish tone that calls it and some of its special characteristics, like its earthy flavour that makes it different than any other tea. It was the tea of the Emperors and of health, because the process of double fermentation provides it with particular benefits. It has a low content in theine.
